Dr. Cindy Russell was born and raised in Wellington, Kansas.  She graduated with a biology degree from Bartlesville Wesleyan College, a nutrition degree from Park College, a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine from SCNM, and a Doctor of Chiropractic from Parker Chiropractic College.   Dr. Russell developed an interest in Chiropractic at a very young age. After having multiple ear infections doctors recommended putting tubes in her ears.  Her parents decided to take her to a chiropractor before proceeding with the surgery.  A few adjustments improved her health to the point where she never had another ear infection.  This was the starting point for her pursuit of natural alternatives.  Dr. Russell uses nutrition, chiropractic, bio-feedback and other alternative treatments in her practice.  The SCIO machine uses bio-feedback to detect weaknesses such as viruses, nutritional deficiencies, abnormalities and food sensitivities by calculating the biological reactivity and resonance in your body.  This is more than just an analysis tool.  After measuring the body’s frequencies the SCIO feeds back its own frequencies to redress or neutralize destructive wave patterns.
